important to find out what Ed is actually looking to do with the
antenna. Ed if you are looking for something small, gets you on the
air primarily for local work, limited by deed restrictions etc etc,
but is not a rock crusher then the Cubex's work ~OK. If you want to
get serious about getting a signal out there, especially for
contesting then Lance IMHO is correct "long" yagi's are the way to go.
My dream is to get out into the country somewhere in the next year or
so where I can grow some serious long steel and aluminum.
