[50mhz] Real Time QSO maps back

The real time QSO maps page is working again, after a couple of days not updating due to server problems and also a broken link to the DX-Cluster. Sorry for the trouble, but I have been operating /P for the VHF&up contest this weekend and I haven't managed to fix the problem till now.

I think that there is no need to say it, but the reliability of these maps depend completely on you...

 · Do not wait till the map is showing an opening to swicth your radio on (hi..). Openings must still be detected by you.

 · Spot your contacts in the DX-Cluster, right after the QSO is made, not 15 minutes later as some OM's do.

 · Keep your grid square updated both in your DX-Cluster and in the VHF callbook (http://www.vhfdx.net/callbook)

 · Send formatted spots, showing both grids and propagation mode (Something like "JM19<ES>JO45" is the best)
