[50mhz] EM03/EM05 Grid Expedition

If everything goes as planned, I will be activating
EM03 and EM05 this weekend, as these seem to be fairly
rare grids. I am going to the Oklahoma City hamfest
Friday evening, and the drive up and back takes me
within a few miles of EM05. If we have propagation, I
will make a side trip to EM05 for some QSOs.

On Saturday I will be starting the CQVHF contest at
1800Z from EM03. I may head to EM05 again on Sunday
afternoon if we have propagation.
