According to the ARRL Bandplan, CW is valid on any frequency above 50.090. 
Many people work CW on the SSB frequencies including the calling freqs, but 
it is wise to use discretion since the calling freqs can get crowded. Try 
500 Hz below the calling freq. People on teh calling freq can hear you and 
you will not be too much of a QRM.
