The problem is that QAP is from the Aeronautical list, not the radio 
list. There is a lot of use of the QAx and QNx lists recently, for 
Qcodes that are covered in the radio list (QRx) We ARE using radio, 
aren't we?
Makes for LOTS of confusion.
