Tsunami, or our own gulf coast suffered three massive hurricanes this
past season.  If you don't feel led to drop him a couple of bucks then
don't, its no big deal.   But I'm sure his family has a number of
minor out of pocket expenses that the insurance or his employer just
can't cover that will add up over time.  Imagine the costs if he were
to drop each person a note of thanks when he does get home.
