You mean I'm the FIRST person to ever mention LoTW on this reflector?
my goodness.

There seems to be some misundertandings.

You do NOT have to be a member of ARRL to take part.
It does not cost anything to take part.
You do have to pay for any awards you apply for, just like members or non 
members.
You do not have to submit contest scores to take part.

And you DO NOT have to be a member to access the above site.
