[50mhz] LoTW

I've only made a few contacts on 6 so far.
Not hearing well as there are only  a few directions I can turn my beam that 
the ambient noise isn't so strong.

But Just looking at the 50 mhz spots on the cluster (my cluster/logging 
software indicates if a spotted station submits logs to LoTW), I see very 
few that qsl via LoTW.
I'm curious as to why so few 6 meter users qsl via LoTW?
