[50mhz] WTB: 6 meter mobile/portable rig

I am looking to buy a 6 meter rig for mobile and portable use, as my Icom 756 and Kenwood TS-B2000 are just a little too big to take along on mobile trips.  I would like something along the lines of the Ranger 5054, Icom 502 or 505, or Yaesu FT690 or FT690RII.  I have about $150 to spend and can pay via paypal.
