It probably wasn't done with intent to harm.  Someone probably thought 
they were doing a "good thing" when the updated it.  Either that, or 
QRZ.com obtained information from some other source, such as "officially 
published records" and updated it themselves.

Have you tried contacting QRZ.com themselves, rather than accusing hams 
on all these lists of nefarious deeds?
