While talking with another VHFer at a wedding
reception last weekend, he mentioned that Kenwood made
a TR651, which was the 6 meter version of the 751/851
series, but it was never imported into the US. Is
this true? I have never heard of this model before.
I know they made a TR9300 which was the 6 meter
version of the TR9130. Given the great performance of
the TR851A (I have never had a 751A), I would love to
find a TR651 if one actually exists.
