Hello Gary,
You can see a nice photo on my web page of how KR7O rigged up elevation
on a borrowed 6M9KHW last year... And also see how I rigged up
elevation for my 6M11JKV. HOWEVER, remember that, from where you live,
you will want to be able to elevate right up to 70 degrees elevation if
you want to match the moonset of horizon-only stations in EU. With a
single yagi, it is very hard to elevate more than about 45 degrees.
The solution, which is really quite simple mechanically and much
stronger, is to put up 4 small yagis on a simple H frame. Note that 4
of the little 6M5X yagis give you a couple dB more than a 6M11JKV. So
even a small 4 bay array of computer optimized 4 element yagis (see the
design OZ1BNN is using) can be quite effective with JT65A mode.
