[50mhz] Smirk contest

[Scott Grams]

Smirk lists the contest to start on both June 18th and June 19th.  The
list of contests says the June 2005 one starts on the 18th, yet the
scrolling window says it starts the 19th.  I did hear the SMIRK
president on the air last night, so it must have started.
