Just worked RI for state number 50 today on 6! And it was kind of unusual
how it happened. I just happened to turn the radio on to see 6 open, after
having about given up on it for the summer. I heard Mike, NH6CJ, who lives
about 2 miles west of me tell someone on .125 they were going to QSY to
.150, so I tuned up there to find out who he was working. I about fell out
of my seat when I heard the other station give him FN41, as Mike just needs
RI for state #50 also. It turned out to be W1JJ, and I got him in the log
about 5 minutes later also. Even better, while I was calling Mick, NOKE/VE3
called me and gave me EN39 for another new grid.
What a great day!
