[50mhz] TRACKER VERSION 8.1 and CALL3.TXT

Hello!

Whew!  Version 8.1 of TRACKER has now been modified to work with the new comma 
delimited callsign file of CALL3.TXT, that is being used by WSJT.  You can dowload 
TRACKER and all its associated files (including my version of CALL3.TXT) from:

In the event you have maintained your own version of CALLSIGN.TXT for use with 
previous versions of TRACKER and WSJT, I also have provided a program CALL3.EXE on 
that site, that can be used to convert an old file into a new CALL3.TXT file.

I find it very handy to install the TRACKER files into the WSJT directory so I can 
use both programs to access the same data base.  GL and VY 73, Lance
