[50mhz] New Beacons FM28ei

Two new beacons recently installed in FM28ei  ( Ocean City, Maryland  three 
miles from the ocean )

50.072  10 watts to a vertical array at 275'

432.320  10 watts to a vertical array at 200'

Beacon transmits every 30 seconds with a 30 second pause using the call W3DOG
