Offering for the DX'er or Contester  a near mint Ameritron AL1500
retrofitted and dedicated for 6m operation. Runs 2KW output (100w drive)
with an 8877 Eimac. Broad banded for no retune band excursions.  Beefed
up power supply with rear panel selectable  3600/4000VDC plate voltage.
Front panel  adjustable tuned input control for a perfect 1:1 SWR. This
is a "one call one contact" amplifier for those elusive 6m DX window
openings. . Unit appears OEM Ameritron. Prefer pickup in Scranton PA
area but can ship safely since transformer can be easily removed and
shipped separately.  $1500.
