Beacons by their design are specialized xmtrs and, especially for
amateur service, I am not aware of any commercially available..there may
be some kits out there....but usually the best beacon xmtrs are
converted Land Mobile commercial radio solid state strips (GE or Mother
M) that are modified for CW keying and then a controller is attached to
them. I have a link to a web site that describes one in good detail if
you are interested (but you said you don't want to build; but BUILDING
them is the essence of ham radio!)..
