[50mhz] 3B9C 6m EME operation

Hello!

I just heard from Kazu, JA1RJU, the 6m operator at 3B9C.  He says, "I can't use 
moonset skeds on this QTH.  We have about 200m high hill at south to west side. We 
will use our moonrise sked only."  Unfortunately for us in EU and NA, we will not be 
able to take advantage of their moonsets at all.
