Thanks for your e-mail.

I'm using a Ranger RCI-5054DX (25 watts out) and a
5/8-wave (cut for 144 MHz) mobile whip on an NMO
trunk mount.

I have "played" with 6M mobile off and on for
about 2 years, but recently made a personal
commitment to keep the radio in my car at least
through the end of summer (maybe longer).

I hope that I'll be able to have many more days
like yesterday!
