[50mhz] First 6AM DX contact

Six is in and out here in NC.
I just worked my first "DX" contact
on 6AM 50.400 with KB9YGO in EN-61 in Ind.
Not bad for 7 watts into a Halo inside the
house. I'm running a vintage Halli. SR-46.
I've also worked a couple of stations
on 6FM 52.525 using a Motorola MaxTrac
running about 25 watts into a 1/4 wave GP
in the attic.
