[50mhz] SBE Sidewinder 6 questions/needs

I just picked up a SBE Sidewinder 6 SSB/AM rig from
ebay, and wonder if anyone is familiar with this
radio?  Anything good or bad I should know about it? 
Also, anyone know where I can get a microphone for
one? The manual doesn't list the mic impedance.  

I was looking for something to take mobile, and use as
a monitor at home for band openings, and this one came
up at a pretty good price.  Hope it turns out to be a
good deal.
