MNI TNX to everyone to my request for information about these devices. From
scores of EME skeds on 6m, it is obvious that most 6m stations can benefit from
the improved noise figure from a good external low noise preamp - particularly
during "quiet sky" times of month. And the ATF33143 and new circuits appear to
offer substantial improvements over older devices and circuits. Several people
advised that the devices themselves are available for $5 each from LNA at:

EA3AXV also told me that he is extremely pleased with his CA50T 6m preamp from
LNA which uses this device. I always thought this type of device was just for
microwave users, but am very pleased to learn that it has many advantages even
for such a low frequency application, and apparently (at $85) the cost is no
longer an issue!

For Europe, a source suggested by K0GU was:

MNI TNX again to everyone for your help! VY 73, Lance
