At the bottom of a received email using AOL there are a number of buttons 
(two of which are "REPORT SPAM" and "DELETE").  They are some distance apart.  
I'm guessing users are inadvertently clicking on the wrong button in attempting 
to delete the message.  These button are easily distinguishable.

Instead of blaming AOL, perhaps their users should retake the EMAILING 101 
course.  HI
