[50mhz] 6 Meter Antenna

I am very new to 6 meters and am looking to get an
antenna up.  I am interested in building a simple,
cost effective antenna for SSB operation that will
give me maximum performance.  I don't have the ability
to put up a beam and so I am wondering about putting
up either a dipole (mounted as an inverted V) or ? I
am looking for your recommendations for what I should
use and how high I have to be able to mount it.  Also,
I would like to get plans for the recommended
antrenna/s.
