hi - put your moxon on a 20 foot (or higher) mast - use a cheap TV rotator
(like the radio shack model) to turn it, or just turn it by hand until you
can get a rotator.

Many of my logged grids and quite a few of my DX contacts were made with a
3-element yagi on a 20 foot mast (made of two 10-foot RS poles) U-bolted to
a post supporting a patio roof, turned by hand.

With my rig on the 2nd floot it was quite entertaining I'm sure to see me
running up and down stairs to turn the antenna - but I was on the air making
some great contacts!
