[50mhz] QSL help

This is a really rare one, and I want to get that QSL! I've sent Shawn two cards with SASEs and have e-mailed him twice at the address on his QRZ.com page (the e-mails didn't bounce) -- but no card, no e-mail response. He seems to be an active contester, and is a member at contesting.com.

I'm not a paper chaser, although about a year or so I began collecting cards for VUCC.  Even still I don't seem to care one way or the other.  If I get enough kewl, if not, no big deal.  Anyway from listening to those who are this seems to be a growing problem. 
 
BTW I will and do QSL.
