[50mhz] Icom 746 Birdies on 6m

Is it JUST me or does the Icom 746 transceiver have a LOT of birdies on the 6m 
band???

Most are weak but when you are trying for WS VHF contacts I find it "annoying!"

Interestingly a lot of these are in pairs that are about 3 kHz apart...
Actually they are precisely 2820 Hz apart.

Does anyone else have these gremlins in their high priced 
rice box?
