[50mhz] 6 is open on FM to NC

Just worked a 53.07 rptr in VA linked to another 6mtr rptr in PA..
The PA machine was up and down...the VA machine was better...a W1
answered me but said I was in and out (more out than in!)...
Glad to see the FM portion is opening too!
