[50mhz] Experiences with 6 meter FM

I am looking at getting into 6 meter FM for mobile
operation (bicycle mobile) during band openings. 
Wonder what your experiences have been on 6 FM. I have
made several contacts on 52.525 before, but don't
monitor there much during band openings.  Is there
alot of 6 meter FM activity during Es sessions?  Is it
a pretty good way to pick up grids?  I have worked a
couple of new grids on FM.
