[50mhz] FS Yaesu VX5R package

Apologies to all - I didn't realise it was a 50MHz rig.  I still think 
there are better places for "For Sale" adverts.

I think the same applies to "the band is open" messages - that's what DX 
clusters are for and are far more immediate.  E-mail is subject to 
delivery delays and only get read when it's been retrieved from the 
mailbox.

I do not work 50MHz FM, in fact do very little FM at all.  We do have 
50MHz repeaters.
