Probably another of the morons who show up at an examining session,
pay their money and walk away with a ticket after regurgitating the answers to
the test the third or fourth time. To begin with, these people have no
corporate knowledge nor experience on which to base a logical comment. We can thank
W5YI for bringing us the vast knowledge base that entered ham radio after he
pushed for NO-Code Techs........ of course, he had a financial interest in
doing so.
Thank goodnes for all of the rocket scientists who are taking up the
slack left by the OTs.
