[50mhz] QST Index for 2002 ???

I believe the ARRL announced that members can go online to find a yearly
(and more) index.

Dave's right.  It was a cost-cutting measure.  If 95% of the members have
internet, why pay for a redundant service?

That was a rhetorical comment - not meant to start an ARRL war.
