FYI....
52.40 falls either near inputs freqs (52.39 and 52.41 in for the 
-1MHz offset plan) or on a input directly (the S CA only 500kHz plan ;)

Not a good choice if the band opens....better to use either one that
is not used as an input in the bandplans most widely used (-1, -1.7
and +500) OR go below 50.08 MHz (as CA does and uses 50.3..which
open more often than the 52 MHz freqs)
