Hi, everyone,
I've decided I'm really not interested in collecting odd rigs any more
and that I'm just going to keep what I use regularly.
I have an Icom IC-71 6m AM/FM/CW base rig. This radio was sold in Japan
only from 1969 to about 1972. It's all solid state and in very decent
cosmetic condition. It puts out 10W and the receiver is pretty decent
for a rig of it's era. It comes with the optional bolt-on-the-back
power supply. A mic. is not included, but the wiring is the same as a
current 4-pin Ten Tec rig. I don't have the manuals or schematics, but
some are supposed to be on the way to me and I'll be happy to pass them
on if and when I get them. The only flaw I can find is that the MHz
indicator on the display doesn't move. The rig most definitely does not
do SSB. The picture on the RigPix website is actually my rig:

I'll take $150 for this very rare radio, plus $20 shipping and
insurance. (Yes, it's heavy, and $20 won't cover the actual cost.)
I also have a Trio TR-5000 6m AM/FM "mobile" rig circa 1968. It
receives OK. I haven't tried to transmit with it. No docs and I think
no crystals. (I haven't opened it up, either.) No mic. Very nice
cosmetic condition -- as in the front panel is about perfect, but it has
been repainted. With the DC power cord. $60 plus $15 shipping and
insurance. I'll try and take a picture of it and put it on my website
later on today. For the curious, here are some pictures from Japanese
sites of what one looks like:

Please note that I don't have the optional outboad VFO-10 for
transmitting.
Local pickup is available in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area.
