[50mhz] Black Hole

I see reports on DX Summit of the East Coast working down to South, 
Central America, and the Caribbean, and I see the West Coast working
Hawaii and the Pacific and here, in the Black Hole, nuttin!! I think
the God of six meters is mad at us here in the center of the country.
I have been trying four times a day, first calling CQ on CW down between
50.090 and 50.110 and then up to SSB on 50.125. If I could afford it,
I would QSY to greener pastures such as San Diego. I am jealous of all
you folks that are working them while we, here in the southwest, sit and
wait. hi hi. At least, I get to sit here and read all the petty 
bickering on the reflector. Too bad, we are starting to sound like some
of the other reflectors which I left to come here and get a breath of
fresh air. I am staying because it will pass and we will talk about this
great magic band again.
