[50mhz] JT44 mode for 6m EME?

OK, I am getting close to giving this a try ;-)  Although this is a narrow band mode
of communication, it does use tones of various frequencies, so it is not CW (so I
must be above 50.100).  Can anybody advise me the LOWEST frequency where I will be
legally permitted to run a sked using this mode?  TNX and VY 73, Lance
