[50mhz] Icom 505 manual and power cord needed

I recently purchased an icom 505, but it came without
the manual and power cord.  I am looking for a copy of
the manual-I will pay for shipping, photocopying, and
a couple of bucks for effort.  i am also looking for a
power cord, or at least information as to where I can
get the plug that the power cord uses.  It is some odd
three pin trangular plug.  

One further question.  The battery pack is set up for
9 C cell nicads, but the rig does run on 12 volts
also.  Can I use 9 C alkalines in the battery pack to
test it, or will the extra voltage damage it?
