[50mhz] 6m contacts....

Well, I must say that the homebrew dipole worked pretty well this morning. 6m opened up a tad and I
was able to finally make a few contacts outside of Illinois, go figure! :) I worked AZ, NM, TX, FL,
and SC, not too shabby for my dinky setup. I even attempted my first on-air CW contacts and made 2
of them, both in TX! I finally got to run PSK31 on 6m, and made 3 contacts there. So all in all, I
had a great day on 6m. Heck, I even saw my callsign go across the DX packet cluster:

50290.0 K9SWX 14-Jul-2002 1736Z PSK31 5/7 HR IN DM82 <K5YC>

I heard a couple stations on 52.525 FM as well, but could not make it through for some reason. (I
think the one guy in TX had a pileup, hehe) Anyways, I just thought I would share my excitement with
the group. Nothing spectacular to most, but to me it was a thrill. I'm starting to see a few more 6m
packets come across, so might be another opening?? 73!
