[50mhz] Set up and be noticed

I don't get on too much but it seems when I do tune on to 50.125(call 
Freq.) , It seems you don't hear a thing until you give a CQ and your Call 
letters. To you folks that are shy,Don't be , get out there and give your 
call letters and be noticed! If it's open, you will get results. It seems 
that people get on the call Freq. and wait until someone gives a call! 
Don't , Get in there and make a noise so someone will know the band is open!
