[50mhz] Portable 6m and 2m Amplifier Needed

Hello! 

I have had several requests recently for a portable dual band amplifier that could
be used on DXpeditions for 2m and 6m EME.  Such an amp ideally could be carried as
carry-on luggage in a plane, and would be capable of 600w to 1000w output. 
Something like a pair of 3CX400 or 3CX800 tubes, or a single 3CX800 might provide
possibities. Maybe something like an old used Henry Tempo Amp 6N2, or a newer
version.  Anybody know of anything?  TNX and 73, Lance
