[30m] Today's 10.137 Net

I was the primary net control, W5KWB was the backup net control, and
KB3KVA and N5XYO checked in.  The Topic of the Day was ways to improve
the net.  Suggestions included evening nets and a shorter script.

I plan to start evening nets in other digital modes on 30m, but not
until at least this fall.  I will work on a shorter script for the
10.137 Net and have it ready during the coming week.
