[30m] Can conductive adhesive join aluminum and copper wire?

To add to your list of possibilities, since I'm not entirely
sure of how permanently your antenna is mounted: consider making
a ground "plate" and running a jumper from a screw or screws on
your antenna base to the plate. Then attach the radials to a 
couple of bolts on the plate, using ring eye terminals.

This is what I did with my Hustler vertical and it's tilt base. If

you'll see a small photo of the base arrangement; if you 
click on the photo, you get to a larger one. There are two
pigtails leading from the antenna base to the bolts at the 
bottom left of the tilt-base plate. All the radials connect
to those same bolts; the whole thing is slathered with 
metallic anti-seize. The connections at the antenna are
covered in plasti-dip.

A "buss" is just a big chunk of metal to which you attach wires.
Nothing magic about it. In this case, the tilt-base plate
is serving as a buss ...
