[30m] Not release for amateur use?

Hello
Does anyone know what countries 
have NOT approved operation on 30 meters.
 
A google search turns up Thailand and Oman through
Wikipedea. From wikipedia - " Not released for amateur
use in a small number of countries such as Oman and
Thailand. " Are there others?
For that matter are there any that are not approved on
12 or 17 meters as well?
 
In chasing new band countries I've found I've been
working DX about 80- 90 percent on 30 meters the last
couple years or so.
 
If you please - which ones are "unobtainium" on WARC?
