[30m] Let's operate MFSK-16 on 30m each evening the rest of this week

I haven't tried this mode yet.  However, I plan to have the 30m digital
net operate in this mode once a week.  So let's all get on 10.137 MHz
(+/- QRM) and operate MFSK-16.  From what I've read, I like the fact
that this mode offers error correction, yet uses less bandwidth than
RTTY (perhaps 100 Hz).
