[30m] Net Details

Here's my plan to deal with the fact that not everyone in the USA will
be able to communicate with net control:
1. For every session, there will be a net control and a relay station
at least 500-1000 miles away (depending on what time of the day the net
is held, so as to avoid overlapping skip zones). The stations that
can't communicate with net control can communicate with the relay
station.
2. The net will meet at multiple times each week, and a geographical
diversity in net controls will be maintained. While propagation won't
allow you to check in every time, you should be able to check in more
often than not. In the interest of variety, the net will use different
modes depending on the time of the week. (HYPOTHETICAL EXAMPLE: If the
net meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the Tuesday net will be PSK-31 and
the Thursday net will be MFSK-16.)

Karl, I don't agree with the idea of having the net with the Eastern
Time Zone net control, then another net with a Central Time Zone net
control an hour later, a Mountain Time Zone net control an hour after
that, and a Pacific Time Zone net control an hour after the Mountain
Time Zone net control. I'd rather just have the net on the air on 4
different days of the week, with a different mode for each day and with
net controls from a different part of the nation each time so that no
one station remains stuck in the skip zone.
