Jason,
The mid west tropo openings will not affect you in Or.
These mid west openings have only been going out maybe 500 miles.
How ever if you get on ssb with something good like a nice beam and 100w you
may see some spratic E openings on two meters.
but those are rare.
Or. is one of the last states i need to work on two meters.
Or Ca Ab and Id are the only states i need for the lower 48.
You will not get Ak or Hi with out Moon bounce E eme.

found in the weak signal area of the band. I dial down there call hear
listen there you get the idea nothing. Is there some method or methods that
you guys have used or tried that worked. If i see the reply in time I will
give it a try if not I will print it out and put it in my binder. I keep one
of the things I learn here or something i want to try for a contest or just
a good tip I want to remember, i do the same for my paper work for my ticket
and CSCEs and the like.
