does anyone know where I can get some plans to build a 300-ohm 2m portable antenna?? Can this also be done for 70cm as well?

I would search the net l, but all I have is my blackberry for internet and its a pain in the rump to search for something. If someone has a PDF with the directions would be great as I can download it to my phone and transfer it to the computer for easy viewing.
