we would like to inform you today about the latest
developement and our new tools in MMMoNVHF via VHF Reflector
parallel to our Make More Miles on VHF-Newsletter

Since last info a lot of time has gone and we did develope a lot
of usefull tools to be always up to date at these VHF-DX-Portal.

As you know the aim of MMMonVHF will be, to provide easy access
about NEWS around VHF for VHF-Enthusiasts.  Informations about
"Who", "Were", "When" and "How" activities will be employed,
and will be easily available for everybody and will be for free
and without registration! Below you'll find an overview of the
latest new integrated Tools which are available at

       NEW ONLINE INPUT for YOUR EXPEDITIONS and ACTIVITIES

Please pass us now also online your NEWS and ACTIVITIES!
Since these week you are able to pass us all your NEWS, EXPEDITIONS
and ACTIVITIES also ONLINE! Please go to the NEWS page and do use
the Button "New News Entry" to fill in your informations to the form.
These will be tranfered to the guys who maintanence the "NEWS" and
be online after a quick check (only to avoid SPAM and will be help
to get "formated" as usual)...



                   "VHF/UHF BEACON-PROJECT"

We would like to thank Stefan, LA0BY, who passed us the maintenance
and visualisation of his VHF/UHF-BEACON-TABLES from up 1st july 2007
in the hands of MMMonVHF.
Stefan has done a great job past years and he would like now to
concentrate his rare time for the hobby to an other topic... DANKE
STEFAN!
The original software and data collection was done long time
ago by Bernd, DF2ZC...
On our side Erwin, DK5EW, will be the people behind the work around the
BEACON-Project. Erwin will try to be as up to date as possible. Of
course your help, comments and updates are very appreciated. Right now
you are able to find the VHF-BEACON-TABLES as a downloadable XLS file
at the TROPO-page of MMM  and as well a BETA test with GOOGLE MAPS
visualisation...



           NEW VISUALISATIONS at NEWS (Live Map -EUROPE-)

Not only the BEACON area is now also in BETA-test for using GOOGLE-Maps.
Ansgar, DG2KBC, also programed the "Live Map -EUROPE-" at the NEWS page
with GM (GOOGLE-Map). Have also fun with these new tool...



            144 MHz  e M[ost] W[anted] S[quares] Europe

You are able now to upload your MWS-files "ONLINE" without the
need of any emailing or any deadline missings  ;-)
Your change of wanted squares will direct affect the output map
to all dx-peditiondrs! Everybody is able to see the demand on a SQR!



(FUTURE Project - next 2-3 month!)  MMMonVHF do search the best:

               144 MHz EXPEDITION of the YEAR 2007

We are looking for the best and efficient 144 MHz expedition all
over the World. No matter if it was worked on ES, MS, EME, Tropo,
only it had to be qrv on 144 MHz! The survey will be ONLINE.
That means, nobody is in the need to send in emails!
All EXPEDITIONS which were held in 2007 and did found the way into
the REVIEW-Page at MMMonVHF, will be participate as EXPEDITIONDR!

The information system "MMMonVHF" is a living and ongoing Project.
We have tried to show what has happened, and how fast it has grown
over the past months. Please send us your ideas, suggestions and
critics,
and we'll try to improve existing features, or incorporate new ones.
Contrary to some other info platforms there is no need to register in
order to access the web page. Only if you would like to receive the
"Newsletter" from MMM, its required to get your mail adress (like the
former YAHOO mailing list). Subscribition of the Newsletter can be
easily performed through MENU and the NEWSLETTER button....



Now it only remains us to wish you much fun with MMMonVHF, and much
information exchange!
