I still have not received my price, delivery, and address information from
Yaesu so that I might order the service manual and diode. All I get is
unhelpful information from Customer Dis-Service without names and contact
information. Yaesu seems to have no idea how to help a customer. It will not
be long and no one will buy their $800 radios when they can not get
information on a $2 part. Customer Dis-Service should be able to get off
their chair and take the initiative to assure that customers are serviced.
The next notifications will be going to upper management of Yaesu/Vertex
with documentation.

I would say that changing that diode may take care of the problem. The
Yeasu part number for it is Q9000534.The service manual is E05129002 both
items may be ordered from our parts dept at yaesuparts at vxstdusa.com or
714-827-7600 ex 6800
If you are in need of stock and cost, you must work with our parts dept.We
do not do cost and stock here in Tech Support. As noted earlier in the E
